About me
What led me to become a Gestalt therapist was a deep conviction: change is possible, even in times of doubt, pain, or crisis. My own journey has taught me that life's challenges, however difficult, can become opportunities for transformation and reconnection with oneself and others.
Gestalt therapy has allowed me to better understand my patterns, navigate complex emotions, and free myself from limiting narratives. Today, I am driven by the desire to share this space of safety and transformation with you, accompanying you on your own journey with kindness and authenticity.
My approach is rooted in deep personal experience, but also in years of training and practice, combining professional rigor and humanity.
